The jury is composed by TI-PT Board members, the Executive Director, and members of the APROFORT project team They will be responsible for assessing the applications according to the evaluation criteria, and especially the project proposals links with APROFORT goals and expected results.
Stage 1: Expression of Interest

|2. Membership of the National NGO Coordinator||20|
|3. If an organization – Ability to manage projects and similar amounts in the country or participation in them.
If an individual- a CV with information on capacity to manage projects and similar amounts
|4. The proposal is value for money||10|
Stage 2: Expression of Interest
|1. Design of the project proposal and its expected impacts on specific APROFORT’s target groups||50|
|2. Experience in similar activities successfully developed in the last two years||20|
|3. Proven ability to manage projects and similar amounts||10|
|4. Ability to disseminate in national languages or impact on social networks||5|
|5. The proposal is value for money||15|
Selection & Awarding
The Jury’s evaluation is not subject to appeal.
Candidates shortlisted for Stage 2 – Full Concept Note & Budget are not automatically awarded with a sub-grant.
The Jury may determine to reduce the total amount available for the sub-grants and/ or that no sub-grants will be awarded if the quality of the applications submitted does not meet the eligibility and qualification criteria defined in the call for expression of interest.
Shortlisted candidates from Stage 1 – Expression of Interest may be required to hold a meeting with the Jury during the selection process.
All sub-grantees will need to sign a Partnership Agreement with TI-PT, detailing the project’s workplan, timeline, budget, and payment calendar.
All candidates applying for a sub-grant will be informed about their results.
The results from Stage 1 – Expression of Interest and Stage 2 – Full Concept Note & Budget will be published on APROFORT’s website after the selection and awarding procedure is concluded.
These Partnership Agreements with the sub-grantees will also be published on APROFORT’s website.
