{"id":10285,"date":"2021-11-05T11:00:57","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aprofort.transparencia.pt\/?p=10285"},"modified":"2021-11-05T10:24:49","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T10:24:49","slug":"preocupacion-por-el-deterioro-de-los-derechos-humanos-en-guinea-ecuatorial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aprofort.transparencia.pt\/es\/preocupacion-por-el-deterioro-de-los-derechos-humanos-en-guinea-ecuatorial\/","title":{"rendered":"Preocupaci\u00f3n por el deterioro de los Derechos Humanos en Guinea Ecuatorial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aprofort.transparencia.pt\/es\/\">programa APROFORT<\/a><\/strong>, que ofrece asistencia jur\u00eddica a las v\u00edctimas de violaciones de Derechos Humanos, y que cuenta con un <a href=\"https:\/\/aprofort.transparencia.pt\/es\/observatorio\/\"><strong>Observatorio de Derechos Humanos y Buena Gobernanza<\/strong><\/a> para Guinea Ecuatorial, es muy preocupante el reciente y repentino deterioro de los Derechos Humanos en Guinea Ecuatorial.<\/p>\n<p>En particular, son muy preocupantes los incidentes denunciados a nuestros servicios de amenazas a punta de escopeta al activista Joaqu\u00edn Elo Ayeto, as\u00ed como la noticia de la citaci\u00f3n por parte del Ministerio del Interior de la Sra. Noelia Asama por ejercer su libertad de expresi\u00f3n, aunque esta vez no fue detenida, a diferencia de una ocasi\u00f3n anterior.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abAdem\u00e1s del compromiso ante la CPLP de abolir la pena de muerte, es importante que los compromisos y apoyos en materia de gobernanza ante organismos como el Fondo Monetario Internacional, vayan acompa\u00f1ados de acciones positivas como el respeto a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n como mecanismos de sostenibilidad de estas medidas\u00bb, ha declarado Karina Carvalho, Directora Ejecutiva de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/transparencia.pt\/\">Transpar\u00eancia Internacional Portugal<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>TI Portugal tambi\u00e9n fue informada de la ocurrencia de detenciones de ciudadanos extranjeros en circunstancias poco claras, y de la denuncia de que las autoridades de Guinea Ecuatorial no actuaron de forma ajustada a los riesgos sanitarios para estos ciudadanos en medio de la pandemia de COVID-19. Los informes sobre la supuesta muerte de un ciudadano de Burkina Faso en estas incursiones son profundamente descorazonadores.<\/p>\n<p>TI Portugal insta a las autoridades de Guinea Ecuatorial a que investiguen la denuncia presentada por Joaqu\u00edn Elo Ayeto contra los miembros de las fuerzas de seguridad que supuestamente lo amenazaron, y a que garanticen que todos los ciudadanos extranjeros
