Legal<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-4791\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-4791\"><p>El Servicio de Asistencia Jur\u00eddica, o Cl\u00ednica legal, es una iniciativa que se enmarca en el proyecto APROFORT sobre \u201cApoyo, Protecci\u00f3n y Fortalecimiento de Activistas y Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil en su labor de promoci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos\u201d en Guinea Ecuatorial.<\/p><p>APROFORT es un proyecto co-financiado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea y que est\u00e1 coordinado por Transpar\u00eancia e Integridade \u2013 Transparency International Portugal, con sede en Lisboa.<\/p><p>El Servicio de Asistencia jur\u00eddica ofrece medios de denuncia y defensa jur\u00eddica con el fin de proteger a activistas y organizaciones de la sociedad civil y en particular 2 grupos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad: mujeres y ni\u00f1as y miembros de colectivos LGTBIQ+ cuyos derechos b\u00e1sicos puedan verse amenazados.<\/p><p>Es importante recalcar e insistir en que la cl\u00ednica solo puede atender los casos que re\u00fanan el perfil establecido. Se recuerda a las v\u00edctimas tambi\u00e9n que, desgraciadamente, por el funcionamiento de la administraci\u00f3n de justicia o de los organismos p\u00fablicos en general, la cl\u00ednica no puede garantizar el resultado de las quejas que ayudemos a procesar.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-4792\" ni\u00f1as<\/strong>\u00a0en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad;<\/li><li><strong>Comunidad LGTBQI+<\/strong>\u00a0cuyos derechos se vean da\u00f1ados por su condici\u00f3n y en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/li><\/ul><p>En casos excepcionales a otros colectivos como los lanzadores de alerta.<\/p><p>Debe tratarse de casos de violaci\u00f3n de derechos fundamentales por parte de de casos online.\u00a0Para garantizar la seguridad de este servicio, es importante seguir las instrucciones del navegador que se utilice y rellenar correctamente el formulario.<\/p><p>Este mecanismo est\u00e1 previsto para atender los casos de violaciones de derechos de los destinatarios de APROFORT: activistas, mujeres y ni\u00f1as y miembros de colectivos LGTBQI+ cuyos derechos b\u00e1sicos puedan verse amenazados.<\/p><p>La cl\u00ednica jur\u00eddica necesitar\u00e1 contactar con los denunciantes si se quiere proceder con la denuncia a nivel judicial o administrativo.
